About us:
Our Mortgage Brokerage office has been in business since 2002, a locally owned and operated Mortgage Brokerage Company that prides it’s self on offering excellent customer service to its clients and dedicated to providing our staff with the necessary tools in order for all of our employees to succeed in the industry.
Our two in-house processors offer over 25 years experience in process and underwriting of loan files. We have a fully integrated web based program which allows our customers the ability to apply on line and track the progress of there loan. We have an in house marketing coordinator that continuously works on updating various networking sites, our web site, as well as monthly email blast news letters, and direct mail campaigns.
- Cultivated strong relationships with over 20 lenders
- Loan products currently include Residential, VA, FHA, Commercial, reverse mortgage, CalPers, Jumbo, Conventional, and Re-Hab loans
- Licensed in CA, WA, OR, NM, ID, FL, NY, and Virginia
- Our broker has over 8 years experience
- Competitive commission splits
We are looking for:
We currently have 2 openings for dedicated self motivated individuals who can assist in expanding our purchase business through cultivating strong relationships with real estate agents or expanding on the relationships that you currently posses.
- Strong Analytical and Mathematic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Min. of 2-5 years of proven sales prospecting, negotiations and closing experience (preferably in new home mortgage transactions)
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college (preferred or equivalent work experience
- DRE Licensed
