Peter Mahrie

Peter Mahrle has been in and out of the real estate industry since 2003. While attending Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and California State University Sacramento, Peter interned under a successful real estate investor/developer until 2006. The internship covered many aspects of real estate investment including construction, flipping, and development. In December of 2008, Peter graduated from Sac State with a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. In April of 2009 he decided to pursue his passion in real estate at West Coast Mortgage Group. Peter began with loan modifications and transitioned to home loans. He has a 100% closing rate for loans submitted through March 2010. Peter prides himself in his ability to provide outstanding customer service to all of his clients.
While out of the office Peter can be found under the hood of his '67 Mustang, playing sports and spending time with his girlfriend Nicole and 2 yr old black Labrador, Brody. NMLS #357840 « Return to Team
