Teresa Martin has been in the Mortgage & Real Estate in some capacity or another since 1986. When she first began in the business she was most interested in loan processing and moved around from Loan Originating, Doc Drawing, Funding, Insuring and anything in between. Teresa's husband of 15 years and her co partnered with another broker and established themselves with their full Eagle and at that point became an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter and has done this for many years.
Teresa started with West Coast Mortgage as an FHA Direct Underwriter 2 years ago and used her experience to help establish West Coast Mortgage Group to get their FHA status and have been part of this happy family ever since. I mostly Loan Process for West Coast Mortgage Group because to her it is the most rewarding part of helping people realize their “American Dream” of owing a home. « Return to Team
